- 1 pound beef flank steak, sliced thin
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
