  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, sesame oil, and water. Mix well.
  2. Place sliced beef in the crockpot and pour the sauce over the beef.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, add the broccoli florets to the crockpot.
  5. Once cooked, stir well and serve over rice or noodles.
