- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., Swiss or Gruyere)
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, half of the French onion soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
