  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  4. Cover with cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Let it cool slightly before serving.
