- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
