This creamy sausage rigatoni recipe is an indulgent one-pot meal that can be made in just 30 minutes.

  • 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add the garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes, cooking for another minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add the cooked rigatoni back into the pot and toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
