  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 2 cups onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add beef stew meat to the pot and brown on all sides.
  3. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in paprika and black pepper.
  5. Pour in beef broth and add potatoes and carrots. Bring to a boil, then simmer until meat is tender.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for additional 10 minutes.
  7. Season with salt, then serve with crispy turkey bacon on top.
