Creamy Corn Chowder

A delicious and creamy corn chowder made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a cozy meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham
  • 3 cups fresh corn kernels
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the chicken ham and corn kernels, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the heavy cream, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in the chopped turkey bacon and parsley before serving.

Notes

  • This chowder can be served with crusty bread.
  • For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon and ham.
