  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in chicken, tomatoes, corn, and taco seasoning.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream.
