1 pound linguine
2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
4 tablespoons cowboy butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the cowboy butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Season the chicken thighs with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into strips and return to the skillet.
Add the cooked linguine and toss everything together over low heat.
Stir in the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
