- 1 pound pierogi
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Layer half of the pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add half of the kielbasa and half of the sauerkraut over the pierogi.
- Spread half of the cheese and half of the sour cream on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the pierogi are heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding some garlic or herbs.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
