Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Delicious and easy to make Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole with turkey bacon and chicken ham that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 6 strips turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, chopped turkey bacon, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with mozzarella and Swiss cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

  • For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free rice and soup.
