1 pound chicken breast, cubed
6 strips turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups cooked rice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, chopped turkey bacon, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish.
Top with mozzarella and Swiss cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free rice and soup.
