Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

A delightful dish combining chicken and sun-dried tomatoes for a quick and easy meal.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and parmesan cheese, tossing to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm.
