- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle, fill it with the chicken mixture, and roll it up.
- Place the rolled noodles in the baking dish seam side down.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
