Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

Delicious and easy-to-make Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls that incorporate turkey bacon for added flavor.

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle, fill it with the chicken mixture, and roll it up.
  6. Place the rolled noodles in the baking dish seam side down.
  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed garlic and spinach to the cheese mixture.
  • This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
