- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, sliced sausage, olive oil, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until everything is well coated, then spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheese, and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with sour cream before serving.
