  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Add the smoked sausage to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
  6. After 30 minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven and pour the ranch mixture over the potatoes and sausage.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
