- 2 pounds potatoes, diced
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Add the smoked sausage to the bowl and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
