  • 8 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  4. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, bacon, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
