Cheeseburger and Grillo's Pickles® Eggroll

A delightful fusion of classic cheeseburger flavors wrapped in a crispy eggroll, served with Grillo’s Pickles for a tangy twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 eggroll wrappers
  • 1 jar Grillo’s Pickles, sliced
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the diced onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, cooking until the onions are translucent.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a few pickle slices on the wrapper.
  5. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly to seal.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the eggrolls until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with extra Grillo’s Pickles.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding spices or herbs to the beef mixture.
