- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 eggroll wrappers
- 1 jar Grillo’s Pickles, sliced
- Oil for frying
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the diced onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, cooking until the onions are translucent.
- Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a few pickle slices on the wrapper.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly to seal.
