  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, sauté onion, celery, and garlic until softened.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops, cooking until just pink.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and seafood stock, and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in frozen peas and parsley, then remove from heat.
  6. Prepare Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package instructions.
  7. Pour the seafood mixture into a baking dish and top with biscuit dough.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
