- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, grated carrots, and cinnamon.
- Add in the raisins, chopped walnuts, and shredded coconut. Mix until everything is well combined.
