  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, grated carrots, and cinnamon.
  2. Add in the raisins, chopped walnuts, and shredded coconut. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
