  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon, then pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set. Cool before drizzling with caramel sauce.
