  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix well. Stir in the vanilla.
  6. Fold in the diced apples gently.
  7. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl it into the mixture.
