- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, continue to beat until well combined.
- Fold in diced apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For a thicker crust, increase the amount of graham cracker crumbs by 1/2 cup.
