- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for icing
- 2 tablespoons milk, for icing
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, for icing
