These Breakfast Protein Biscuits are a great start to your day, packed with flavor and protein from turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, milk, egg, and honey until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
