Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
