- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup Bang Bang sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Coat the salmon fillets with the mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
