Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrot, julienned
  • 1/4 cup Bang Bang sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Coat the salmon fillets with the mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In the last 5 minutes of baking, add broccoli and carrots to the baking tray.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the oven and toss with Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Serve over a bed of rice.
