  • 1 large mango
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
