  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla extract, apple cider, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
