- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup apple cider
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
