- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
